"Hacking" into a Computer System needs almost as much smarts as legitimate Business - possibly more.

      Counterfeit money also requires some quality to go through the Bank System.

      Yet if all one requires is to MacRob Banks for  "money" or even just the footprints of "money" for Business and legitimate Tax Purposes it is as simple as using the Bank's ATM Computer.                               

      When this form of "Bank Robbery" was put to an Economist at the Commonwealth Bank it was his opinion that, although the program was legal, or rather "not illegal" it was, to say the least, highly "immoral".
     Don't you just love that? A Bank has a sense of morality.

        Which Bank?

       Sell it's shares immediately.

      The Immorality is based on the premise that the Banks don't control the Vampire Program nor do they profit from it in proportion to the amount of "money" that can be involved. There is no limit in the total amount managed by the Vampire Program.

       However, if you need to move a Million Dollars about in one year with a Bank Account of only $100 Balance it could cost heaps in fees.

        On the other hand if a Business does not use this or a similar form of Book Keeping it will go broke.

          You might notice that 80% of new Businesses do, in fact, go broke - simply because they don't "MacRob" or use Banks correctly. People use Banks only in the way Bank owners can make a profit. Banks are not in the business of being "good or charitable" to their clients - or I wouldn't be a share holder.

            Banks should be used to account for the transfer of money along a predetermined path. The same as the banks of a river allows the flow of water from where it is, to where it is needed. Get the picture. Somehow, somewhere, someone changed the modus operandi.

            However, if you use a Bank in ways not to it's liking (or the liking of the owners) it's called robbery.

           If you fish from the banks of a stream that someone else owns, it's called poaching. Fish move according to the feed and the current of the stream. 

          Money flows according to the current of electrons along a circuit in today's electronic world. It's a bit hard to own electrons but the footprints they make on a computer monitor or hard copy are a vital link in Tax Planning

           As the new breed of Bank Robber is now using Computers to help them rob Banks illegally, a program called *"VAMPIRE" is deemed to be in fashion for the Legal MacRobbing of Banks.

      * The Australian Tax Office does not accept my IOUs so they may not accept yours. If you don't have cash money to pay the staff (family members) they will strike for their pay - and why not? 

       However, the ATO will accept a VAMPIRE arrangement for Tax Deductions, taxable income etc.
